Frank Daniel
Frank is a licensed Texas attorney who practices primarily in civil and criminal litigation. He has over twenty (20) years of litigation experience and has tried over 50 cases to jury verdict and/or the bench. He is the founding member of The Frank Daniel Law Firm, P.L.L.C.
After graduating from Baylor University with a double-major in Business and Journalism in 1999, Frank received his Masters in Business Administration from Sam Houston State University in 2000. He worked the next two years for P&O Nedlloyd, one of the world’s largest container shipping companies.
In 2004, he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Southern University’s Thurgood Marshall School of Law and was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2005. While in law school Mr. Daniel clerked for Federal Bankruptcy Judge Manuel Leal, worked as a legal assistant for the Consumer Protection Division of the Texas Attorney General’s office and also as a law clerk for the Litigation Division of the Harris County Attorney’s office.
Frank is thankful to have been given the opportunity to begin his legal career with the firm of Essmyer, Tritico & Rainey, LLP (ETR) in late 2004 as a clerk. He became an associate with the firm in 2005 after passing the bar and gained both personal injury and criminal defense litigation experience that serves him today. He remained with ETR until the firm split up in February 2011. Soon after, Frank, along with his mentor Mike Essmyer, formed the firm Essmyer & Daniel, P.C. In 2019, Frank started his own firm (The Frank Daniel Law Firm, PLLC) and makes every effort to handle pro bono matters as a regular part of his practice.
Family Background: Frank is a member of Harvest Bible Church in Cypress, Texas and is blessed to be married with two children, who were appropriately named Liberty and Justice.
